Leadership through Horsemanship™ is designed to help businesses, government and educational institutions unleash the potential in their staff and others to cultivate high-performing team members. Whether leading people or horses; both require strong leadership, clear, consistent communication; and a keen awareness of the needs and goals of the group or individual.
Become a more versatile communicator who can mobilize others by undertaking leadership challenges and self-assessment.
Understanding your equine partner's reactions provide opportunities to explore our own issues quickly and effectively.
When partnering with a horse, you will learn to lead with focus, direction and movement toward your clearly defined goal. Facing challenges with horses prepares you for leadership roles in your workplace. You will learn to recognize subtle opportunities for success that might otherwise go unseen.
Through active "hands-on" activities participants get a better understanding of themselves and how others perceive them. Both are critical and powerful. Horses quickly educate us about how effective our actions are, how consistent we are in communicating, and how clearly we define goals. Horses provide instant, honest, accurate feedback moment by moment.
Our goal is to provide practical and transferable skills on ways to build better relationships for leadership excellence. You will “team” with a horse in a variety of exercises that require collaboration, cooperation, courage and creativity. Facing unfamiliar situations and quick decisions in working with horses strengthen the cohesion and effectiveness of your “team" that will drive performance.
Whether you represent a large multinational corporation, government agency, a small local business, or career professional you will master essential business concepts, improve effectiveness, and expand leadership capabilities. Invest in your career with our unique, world-class leadership and communication program.
